Suing for Defamation

A Jewish professor at York University, David Noble, is suing the universary and some Jewish groups for defamation, claiming that they suggested he is anti semetic. This is the same person who, last year, decided to hold classes on Rosh Hashana and Yom Kippur, even though the universary does not have classes.
